ATU Community Garden & Family scholarship Initiative
Supporting Education, Entrepreneurship,
and Community Advancement
The ATU Community Garden & Family Scholarship Initiative was created to support education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community advancement among family members and future generations.
Inspired by the values of hard work, perseverance, and service, the initiative seeks to provide educational information, scholarship support, career development opportunities, and resources that help individuals achieve personal and professional success.
While community gardening remains a long-term vision, our current focus is on supporting educational achievement, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
The Fannie Adams Family Scholarship was established in honor of our grandmother, Fannie Adams, whose strength, dedication, and commitment to family continue to inspire future generations.
The scholarship supports family members pursuing:
Traditional college and university education
Trade school programs
Vocational and technical training
Professional certifications
Entrepreneurship and small business development
Our goal is to invest in education, opportunity, and self-sufficiency while honoring the legacy of a family matriarch who believed in hard work and perseverance.
